WennovationHub is seeking a results-driven Program Executive to join our Team. This is a manager role and, in this role, You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization’s strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals. You will also be in charge of developing budgets and operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals.
Identify, lead, and run new programs that focus on tech/development and identify/win funding opportunities for such.
Engage in business development/client acquisition/fundraising activities for the implementation of programs on the local campus
Plan and Supervise the Community Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Wennovation Hub business.
Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
Review program plan implementation to meet changing needs and requirements.
Manage the program’s budget.
Develop comprehensive reports on ongoing programs and submit summary reports to Executive Management Team at regular intervals.
Provides administrative support in the development, implementation, and marketing of program function.
Coordinate and run events and programs
Plan and design programs and proactively monitor its progress, resolve issues, and initiate appropriate corrective action.
Implementation of current ongoing programs according to donor requirements and manage communications with the funding partners.
Performs any other related duties.
An Experienced Program Manager
5-7 years’ experience in Business Development within the SGB Ecosystem
Knowledge in ICT, Software and Hardware application is mandatory
Experience in innovation and co-work environment
Strong business development skills and proven evidence
Project Management certification is an added advantage
Related ICT certification is an added advantage
Excellent proposal and report writing skills
Good communication, negotiation skills, presentation, and facilitation skills
Proactive and results-oriented.
Enthusiasm for the subject matter. A can-do solution-oriented attitude.
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Self-starter is able to see what needs to get done and motivate individuals to get it done.
