LoftyInc is seeking to results-driven Business Development Officer to join our Team. In this role, you will play a key part in providing support to the Public Advisory and Innovation Development (PAID) Unit of the Group.
Works collaboratively with the Business Development unit in developing business opportunities by identifying market-ready, relevant business models, partnerships and resources.
Responds to Invitation to tenders (ITT), Expression of Interest (EOI) and Request for Proposals (RFPs).
Works to generate new ideas and concepts for business and economic development and/or program proposals.
Analyzes data to evaluate existing and potential business and program opportunities.
Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. Participates in pricing the solution/service, development and project execution.
Follows up new business opportunities, sets up meetings, and drives the sales journey (Leads to Deals)
Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
Drives customer retention efforts, cross-sells and up-sells (as appropriately deemed).
Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
